Move a container to another host
Requires the containers:update permission.
Scheduler picks a target host (excluding the current one); the reconciler re-applies the container on the new host. Refuses when no suitable host is available.
AuthorizationBearer <token>
An access token from this zone's POST /oauth/token, or a session token from POST /api/v1/auth/login. Send it as Authorization: Bearer <token>.
