Requires the kubernetes_clusters:read permission.
The server URL points at the cluster's API VIP on the node subnet — reachable from inside the VPC. Returns 409 until the control plane is up.
AuthorizationBearer <token>
An access token from this zone's POST /oauth/token, or a session token from POST /api/v1/auth/login. Send it as Authorization: Bearer <token>.
